Description of Services

Zastrpay’s services enable its customers to transform their cash into electronic money to be used for the purchase of goods and services from merchants who accept such electronic money.

Customers may be issued with electronic money on their electronic wallet by depositing cash at any of the physical locations of the Zastrpay Acceptance Partner Network. Customers may also redeem their electronic money back into cash at these locations.

The process of depositing and redeeming cash is designed to be as fast and seamless as possible for the Customer using the Web Application. This is done by scanning the Quick Response (QR) Code generated through the Web Application at any of the Zastrpay Acceptance Partner Network locations.

The purchase of goods and services from the merchants (who are also registered as merchants with Zastrpay) is completed by the customers by transferring the electronic money in their electronic wallet to the merchants’ wallets either seamlessly through the merchants’ platforms or through a direct wallet transfer initiated by the customer through Zastrpay’s Web Application. Merchants may also transfer their electronic money to the customers’ electronic wallet at any time.

You can find a further description of our services and explanations on how we carry them out, as well as general information on the conclusion of contracts under the following link: https://zastrpay.com/en/terms-and-conditions/.

Measures to support accessibility

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) define the requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

We reflect the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards in relation to the colors, font sizes, focus indicators, touch target sizing, and scaling of our Website and Web Application. Moreover, we ensure that all interactive elements have the correct semantic roles and logical order, while also being fully navigable by keyboard. Basic compatibility with screen readers is also ensured.

In our pursuit to ensure accessibility on an ongoing basis, we strive to implement measures to assess and improve the accessibility of our Website and Web Application. In this regard, our Website and Web Application were assessed by an external accessibility expert.

If you encounter any accessibility issues while using our Website or Web Application, please contact us by email on contactus@zastrpay.com, or through the following link: https://zastrpay.com/en/contact/.
