Whistleblowing offers an alternative avenue for reporting concerns within C2D (or Zastrpay®), separate from the usual channels like reporting to a line manager or filing a suspicious transaction report. It becomes relevant when there is suspicion or knowledge of wrongdoing within the organization. This method is especially useful when there are legitimate concerns about using the regular reporting channels.
While not an exhaustive list, examples of situations warranting whistleblowing may include:
- Breach or potential breach of health and safety laws
- Breach or potential breach of financial institutions laws and regulations
- Suspicion of bribery or corruption
- Financial irregularities
- Suspected money laundering (please also note that there is a process for suspicious transaction reports)
- Committing a criminal offense
- Behaviour that raises doubts as to whether it is consistent with ethical values, or conflicts of interest have not been properly disclosed.
Who can report a wrongdoing?
At C2D (or Zastrpay®), those with concerns about potential wrongdoing can come forward including employees, contractors, subcontractors, outworkers, public administration staff, former employees, individuals seconded to the employer, candidates for employment who have knowledge of improper practices during recruitment, shareholders, administrative personnel, management personnel, supervisory personnel, and trainees.
Who should not use the whistleblowing channel?
Customers of C2D (or Zastrpay®) are requested to submit their complaints via the appropriate complaints channel instead of the whistleblowing portal. Please use our complaints channel.

How can you report a concern?
C2D (or Zastrpay®) is dedicated to fostering an environment of transparency, honesty, and accountability, where stakeholders can confidently voice their concerns.
C2D (or Zastrpay®) has appointed an impartial and independent Whistleblowing Reporting Officer to confidentially and diligently review and act on reports of possible misconduct. The Reporting Officer ensures:
- Whistleblower anonymity upon request
- Protection of the whistleblower
- Thorough analysis and investigation of each report, with feedback provided to the correspondent.
Wrongdoings can be reported through the Whistleblower Portal, which allows for anonymous reporting and communication with the Reporting Officer if desired.
Although whistleblowers are encouraged to disclose their identity to simplify the establishment of the facts, whistleblowers are not required to provide any personally identifiable information, and confidentiality is strictly maintained. The information provided is securely stored and only accessible to the appointed Whistleblowing Reporting Officer and relevant internal stakeholders involved in addressing the concern and bound to confidentiality.
Are there any risks for whistleblowers?
Under relevant laws, whistleblowers are protected from retaliation if they have reasonable grounds to believe the reported information was true and within the scope of the law. In cases where allegations made through these channels are proven false or made in bad faith, C2D (or Zastrpay®) reserves the right to take legal action or file a complaint with regulatory authorities. More details on protection and its consequences can be provided upon request.
